Das Gespräch war sehr ungezwungen und gut strukturiert. Es gab erst einen Trial Day und dann ein Interview an einem anderen Tag. Beides war angenehm und stressfrei. Jeder der sich bewirbt braucht nicht nervös sein.

I was contacted by HR almost immediately after submitting my application. We set up a phone interview, which lead to a second phone interview with the team lead, which lead to a third phone interview with the head of communications. After this, I was invited to the office for a trial day / culture fit where I was asked to prepare a workflow for how I would approach the position. I was given the day to work on this and then presented it to the team lead and head of communications. Approximately 1 week later I was contacted with an offer (it was also at least a week between each interview/conversation). The offer was quite a bit lower than the range I had given in my first interview with HR (which surprised me) and lower than another offer I received elsewhere, but I was very impressed with the work culture that I experienced on my trial day and decided that I would rather make less money and enjoy coming to work everyday than make more money and hate my life. I've been here around 3 months now and I couldn't be happier with my choice. If you're looking to get more than just a paycheque from your job, then I highly recommend AMBOSS.
