Well done meeting with several senior executives however the company was much smaller so the process did not drag out as can sometimes happen with larger less nimble companies.

Poor process and no feedback from the interview. So, after 3 TA interviews I was set up with the DVP. He interviewed me (late to the call) from his car. Basically discussed how great he was in his past job and all the changes he’s making. He discussed how he has managed to “get the old guard out” and the new life he’s bringing to AMN. I could tell from his bantering that I was not a fit for his “style”. However, I was interested in some feedback on the interview. Didn’t happen, just the standard rejection letter from HR 10 days after the interview.
