ASARCO interview questions

Straightforward single interview with direct supervisor leading to an offer. Interview was long but questions were relevant and appropriate. Strong - if not overt - focus on being good at mental mathematics and quick decision making, not as much focus on software proficiency.

I loved my interview process with ASARCO. They were very friendly and made the interview into a conversation, and really took time to get to know me. The interviewer was laid back and allowed me to get into a good rhythm and connect with him.
