There were a few phone interviews that were set up, the recruiter missed the first two. I would say they are very disorganized in the interviewing process. After i interviewed the first time i got an email from the same guy asking if i would like to set up an interview.

It was a relaxed pre-recorded interview, in which you answered questions within a time limit. Be careful to prepare well, as some questions requiere more time to answer than others.
