You go through 3-4 different interview stages, group tasks that involve problem-solving followed by individual tasks that involve dealing with customer queries in the mentioned language. If successful, you get chosen for a one-to-one interview at the end.

Interview
2 stage interview process - skills and personality test and also one exam where you answer customer query, you are marked on how well you solve the customer solution. The interview will be in 2 stages and will test how you will be as a person talking to customers. The Interview last 1 hour for each one.
