Interview was in person...One-one basis with the managing directore of the company...It was more or less like an interaction which involved my understanding of the Job title and my previous roles and responsibility...There was a liberty to ask 'n' number of questions as well...I will not give it a title of interview, rather I would call it a comfortable and an informative interaction...Yes of-course it also involved my expectations of the salary!!
