Pointless. I drove thirty miles one way to interview for a position they "urgently " needed to fill only to find out in the interview, the job didn't technically exist. Maybe you should tell applicants that before they waste time and money interviewing for a non-existent position. Made a point to let me know that they don't leave candidates hanging, "you will hear something in a week." Never heard a word from them.
