Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months.I interviewed at Accenture (Sydney) in 01/12/2011
Interview
Unusually, I was "found" by an executive recruiter despite low level role. He pre-interviewed me and passed me along for a Senior Manager interview. After this I had a behavioural interview with HR, then an interview with a Managing Director. Normally for this level they have a case study task.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Past experience was unrelated, so was asked about how it applied to the role. Behavioural questions looked at project management, dealing with tough situations, mentoring a colleague and initiating a project. The MD asked me to justify my existence in his team, what I "brought to the table".
