Cv screening, tests, assessment centre where you have a paired exercise, interview with HR, and situational exercises on writing emails etc Average experience with not many stages but took a while to hear back between the different stages. Applied in september, assessement centre was in Jan and offer in Feb

Interview
Final stage is similar to Online Assessment ( Discovary Portal) but more challenging, timed and with assessors. Very interactive, kind assessors. Great experience on the day. Delayed start but finished on time. The best advice is you cant cheat the system like cheating on Online assessment as the assessors will see the true colours during the times immersive challenges and interviews. So be honest & apply for the role youre prepared to work in. Know the role and do alot of research on ACN.
