I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture in Aug 2011
Interview
The first stage was just the initial screening. The phone interview just consisted of asking simple questions such as "Why Accenture? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What do you know about Accenture?" Then it moves onto your resume. They well look at your most recent work experience and ask about your responsibilities and how you go about them. Make sure you know your resume well and be ready to explain anything on your resume. Its nice to have a few short stories exemplifying your skills. Unfortunately, I did not get through this first round (out of three), but I have learned that you must be very well prepared. Also, make sure to have a list of great questions (a few questions doesn't make the cut) to ask at the end of the interview. It shows how interested you are and how you actually did your homework. Good luck!

The technical interviewer asked domain questions. Not difficult if you are prepared and have relevant experience. Overall happy with the way they treat candidates during the interview
