The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Feb 2010
Interview
Initially we were given presentation by company representatives, which was an hour long.
It was followed by an Aptitude test of 60 mins duration, consisting of 55 questions. questions were of both verbal and non verbal type.
We were given extra 5 mins to write an essay. Our topic was "India in 2020".
Out of the 250 students that appeared for aptitude test, 54 were shortlisted.
It was followed by a technical interview round, where i was asked questions on C ,C++, Java, my project etc.
It was followed by a HR personal interview round. Which was very easy. As it had all personal questions and nothing technical.
Finally the results were announced and 32 out of the 54 shortlisted made through.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
Had long aptitude rounds followed by 3 coding questions. All were pretty easy. Followed by a 10 minute interview held online, not technical, just asked personal questions. The coding questions had web design (HTML & CSS), basic DSA (python, C# or java)
