I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Mar 2012
Interview
I had three rounds, HR, Behavioral (technical) and a test. A personal interview to gauge my personality followed up by an interview with the VP who asked behavioural questions. This was followed up by a test that tested my capabilities in JavaScript, CSS and HTML. Overall it was a pretty smooth process.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Mountain View, CA) in June 2021
Interview
Two people (1 HR and the other was the manager) HR person asked the normal HR questions(introduce, accept terms, etc) Fairly easy.
The second manager was a drag. The whole time while I was answering questions, he had an extremely arrogant, disgust on his face the entire time. After the last question, the manager then decides to degrade me by blurting out technical terms (extract, csv, wrangle, SQL) even tho this wasn't a technical interview. There was no indication of that knowledge based on the job description. It said I only needed excel and pivot tables.
Asked what RTO meant. He answered with disgust, return to the office, not the recovery time objective. Then I asked what computer languages they used. He answered it was variable and changes day-to-day (meaning they don't know either). Seeing that this manager already decided his decision on his face, tone, and attitude, I knew I had to cut it short.
The HR person said that they would decide by the end of the week and would notify my job status next week. It has been a few weeks since then. I was ghosted.
Vague job description with the manager not knowing what the job even entails. Accenture needs to hire more humble, qualified people. Bad apples like this manager ruin the whole bunch.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, Manila)
Interview
Technical. Process related. How to do this and that, contribution. Case related. Improvement and weaknesses. Second interview went ok, working with the management and what can be focus on.
