I interviewed with the attorney that would be supervising the position initially. It was a zoom interview. She didn’t show her face - just a picture. This defeats the purpose of a zoom interview. Then she wanted me to meet the two other attorneys on a second zoom call. They both showed their faces. The supervisor also attended this interview as if she didn’t trust her attorneys. She did not show her face on the second interview either. This is unprofessional. Then, she told me I would hear from her the following week, but I never did. I sent a few emails but she failed to respond. This is completely unacceptable after having me interview twice. Hard to believe she calls herself a professional. At this level, I didn’t expect to be ghosted. I understand not responding to people when all they do is send in a resume. However, after spending time on the phone with the applicant, you should, at a minimum, thanks but no thanks.
