Adventure Credit Union interview questions

It's important to understand that the interview process can be slow. Adventure hires employees in waves, having multiple people start on the same day for an extensive 'new employee orientation.' I applied for a management position and went through three rounds of interviews over the course of a month. The first interview was with an HR employee. It seems like this first interview was just feeling you out to see if you'll fit the job and the company culture. Between the 1st and 2nd interviews I was asked to submit a portfolio of my work. The second interview was with my immediate supervisor and a direct report. This interview had more questions related to the position including strategy, past accomplishments, etc. The third and final interview was with the CEO. This interview was sort of a blend of the first two interviews. Judging how you'll fit in the organization and testing your aptitude for the position.
