I had 1 phone interview with the recruiter followed by a 2 hour in person interview with the Financial systems manager and the Business systems manager. Was invited back for a second in person interview with the IT VP and the CFO that lasted anothe 2 hours. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time. It was evident from the 1st interview and researching the company that it was the typical “good ole boys” network environment. The second interview was long, drawn out, and boring. Halfway through I wanted to just get up and leave but didn’t out of respect for their time. There didn’t seem to be any real growth potential and no clear roadmap of the requirements of the position. I was there for a Business Analyst role but was asked several project management questions even though my resumes mentions nothing about project management. About 10 of the employee reviews look like they were written by the same person.
