I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Tucson, AZ) in Oct 2014
Interview
This was NOT an interview. This was an hour-long presentation from the manager of the branch telling us his life story, and what Aflac does. If that sounds good to you, they will contact you the next day. I feel that I was Bait-and-switched, thinking that this would be a one-on-one interview where I would get to answer/ask questions related to the position. Instead, it was a presentation by an Aflac agent bragging about his accomplishments. No thanks!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Again, no questions where asked. This was a waste of my time. Do you want to sell insurance to small businesses?
Group interview for the first one. It’s 100% commission based but if you know your capabilities then I recommend going for it! If you are a self-starter, this is definitely for you.

Interview
Pretty easy, they seem to take everyone. The office is set up a little strangely with Aflac decorations everywhere. They do a group interview first which is a big tipoff, then you will likely be invited back for a one on one.
