I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Dayton, OH) in June 2015
Interview
Ridiculous, group "interviews" Trying to get you to drink the Kool Aid. Will hire anyone who sits through it. They won't tell you it is a commission only Job. They just keep telling the potential is in the millions. They also don't tell you that the market is saturated with Aflac and their "leads are two to three years old.
Painted a good picture but haven't seen the full image as yet. Had a couple interviews on line that seemed to show a good work environment and possible income potential . However did emphasize building a team.
Group interview and then one on one over the phone. Fair and honest questions by kind people, can’t complain at all. I think it’s safe to call it my best experience
Thorough and well prepared. Asked great questions. Knew what they were doing. Met with two people. Would recommend this company. Ended up getting the role. Nothing weird about the interview.
