Interview
I started off with an interview with the HR Manager, who very clearly explained the hiring process and timelines which was a huge plus. They then sent me some tasks to do (basically asking some questions on a form). Lastly I had two sets of interviews, each with two interviewers from the management team. They were generally quite friendly and open. However, I had some concerns about work-life balance which were confirmed when I spoke to people in the company that were in the same role
