Interview
The interview process was quick and straightforward. Everyone on the Aha! team was responsive and helpful and I understood next steps from start to finish. Especially impressed by how a co-founder took the time to make me my offer and walk me through the details.

Interview
Went through several rounds of interviews. The introductory one with HR put a bad taste in my mouth - HR rep wasn't dressed professionally and hadn't seemed to have read my resume. Next interview (more focused on the job responsibilities) felt odd - the interviewer was definitely fishing for specific answers from me. Needs to work on their questions/process.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by HR very quickly. I had a casual video chat with that person and was moved on to a video interview with I assume the hiring manager. Once you move beyond the initial screening, they are very transparent about their interview process which is hugely beneficial.
My interview was friendly, but there was obviously a fairly rigid list of questions that seemed designed to produce highly specific desired answers. Many of the questions were just rephrased versions of the same or similar questions, and it ended up being a bit confusing with me feeling as though I was contradicting myself. In the end, I did not receive an offer – the email explained they were looking for someone with more experience doing X, which I thought was bizarre considering all I do is X. I was surprised and I do think this was the result of the interview tactic being a little odd. It's all good and ultimately I don't think it was the job for me, but the interview was not really a good or rigorous way to assess skills or work style.
A big positive is that the process moved very quickly, something I think in indicative of the general culture and is also respectful of candidates.
