Submitted resume online via the company website. A brief phone screen occurred to gain further information and detail in regards to my background and resume. This was then followed by an on-site panel interview for roughly one to two hours.

Question 1
Basic questions based off of resume information - challenges in college, experience and knowledge gained from internships, why does the job interest you, etc. Also touched upon some college courses taken (favorite ones and why), future career aspirations, why industry and not public.
It was a formal and proper interview session. Obtained insightful information from the Finance Director. Finance Managers were good at explaining the job scope and expectations on the role. Overall ok.

U need to know deeply on the things you mentioned in resume. Be ready to face few interviewer asking tricky questions, including all kinds of technical questions. The interviewers seems unfriendly, also sounds sarcastic which make me feel uncomfortable.

What is the good and bad comments you get from ex employer during the performance review process.
El proceso fue muy claro y transparente. Consto de dos entrevistas, una con la consultora y otra en la oficina con la team leader y la manager del equipo. Ambas entrevistas fueron en ingles y en español.
