I applied through my university's job board. The first interview was a phone screen with an HR rep, with questions focusing on my academic projects. I moved forward in the interview process and had two in-person interviews with the VP of Safety and Compliance and the Director of EHS. I received an offer via email within two days. Unfortunately, the internship was canceled in June due to coronavirus. Everyone I spoke with was kind, and they kept me in the loop throughout the uncertainly of the pandemic.
