Akamai Technical Program Manager interview questions

Overall interview process was planned for 4 stages. I was ghosted out after 2nd meeting. First, there was standard HR phone screening with intro about the company and particular role. I was informed about recruitment process and asked for financial expectations. Second interview was held by someone on similar position. Most of the questions was based on my experience and requirements for the role specified in job add. I was informed that feedback should be provided within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks without any further info, I've sent some follow up emails to HR, however never received any reply. Overall, I got ghosted in the unpleasant way.

This is the worst company in terms of how HR handles interviews. (1) e-mail from HR : Very exciting. Wants to speak with me. I submit my availabilities. No word in response for up to 7 business days until i write a f/u email. Received response then but no mention of why it was delayed so much. I resubmit my availabilities and HR sets up a call on 1 of the day (2) HR Call ( Attempt 1 ) : I wait for the call but i do not receive the call. After 20 minutes i send an e-mail. I don't get a reply for next 3 business days asking me to re-submit availabilities. I do so. (3) HR Call ( Attempt 2) : HR this time calls me , 10 minutes late though but thank almighty i at last received the call. No conversation about messed up things earlier and straight into " tell me about yourself" i get along and finish the call in 30 minutes. I am told you will hear back in 3-5 business days. Now the agonizing wait - This was January 2017 and i have not heard back yet. Nor an email. @Akamai HR - If you are reading this make sure you understand where candidates like me come from. Every job that we apply is because we are looking for new opportunities to support the career and family. Every interview opportunity we receive from employers gives us hope to be succesful at it. Not communicating back to candidates, even if it's a "Rejection" is unprofessional, unethical and most importantly non- empathetic to your candidates. AND that reflects on your culture how you might treat your employees too and it's evident that it's true from some of the recent reviews you got.
