It was a group interview. They had you answer generic questions about adjusting to changes on the job or scenario-based questions. They eliminate a few people in the first round and then personal interviews are conducted during the second round.

Interview process was about a week and a half .. I received a email that said they wanted me to attend a group like the following week , they took us in a room and explained more about the job after that they did one on one interviews and if you qualified then you moved on to the next step of the hiring process which is a short / simple test .

Worst ever throw you in a room to do group activities only to find out that they already chose who they were hiring not only that but the people who interviews look like they were on meth they were telling us about where they were going

Tell me about a job you didn't like I really have nothing positive to say Alaska is the worst company and its a contract co meaning u can be terminated after your done
They do not care if you have experience better to lie and say you know nothing about the airport Alaska does not want anyone who works for a third party meaning swiss port etc and all other 3rd party places they will have some one tell you hate to be the bearer of bad news and send you home no explanation

applied on a Wednesday , got an email too do a live interview after that I got a phone call too set up a face to face interview . Now I am on my Second process .
