3 rounds of interviews. First with the recriuter, then the hiring manager, and finally a panel interview. The recruiter and hiring manager were not too bad, but the panel reallly caught me off gaurd. Many different scenarios were presented and I was asked how I would repsond. I was not warned ahead of time about this interview format and it took me a bit to adjust and figure out how I was going to fit in my "wow factors," in while still answering the questions effectively.
