First screen process, basic questions about your current and previous jobs that’s related. Asked about availability and things in that nature. Asked related questions to the role you applying to like how many calls have you done? Have you ever done calls ?

Interview had no structure. I could tell as soon as we started he made his decision. Set up a teams meeting, delayed it another hour. Horrible recruiter, no sense of engagement.
