      Interview

Interviewing for a Field Adjuster position is mind numbing and frustrating. They make you write an estimate by hand out of the Motors book; even though you inform them that you've never written an estimate by hand, and that you only have experience with the prominent estimating computerized software's. They do this to break you down and make you think that you done know as much about the industry as you think you know. They do this so that they can severely low-ball your starting salary offer. They promise that the starting salary is just a "Training" salary and they there's more money when your no longer a trainee. Problem is.. they maintain this unofficial "Trainee" title for almost a year. with a 3% raise after that if your lucky.
