The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allstate (New York, NY) in Aug 2015
Interview
Spoke on the phone- he saw my numbers at a prior agency- 2 years, $400,000 premium , Home & Auto only. Was told not to work their anymore by last agent Nocella. Still not giving reason, oh yeah I was commission only to. I was promised to always be treated fairly. I told him I had a baby on the way I cannot mess around . He guaranteed me his loyalty, 50 k plus 10 % commission. I ran office 1,2 x a week, only one in office with a license on Fridays and in 5 mos wrote 61 k premium from my own referral sources.!Reimels then fired me without notice- well he tried to fake job abandonment so I could not collect I insurance and feed my new born - well I obviously won that, but seriously that's how he treated someone he promised the day prior a promotion. I know he could care less for his customers. Thank god for him Daddy gave him his business

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Allstate (Philadelphia, PA) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview process was very simple- I went into the office, sat down with the owner of the agency, and he judged me on my ability to be interesting and hold a conversation. Though I was unaware at the time, this test was to determine if I could talk to people on the phone.
