Speaking with the recruiter was great but when it came to speaking with the hiring manager it was just off. He didn't seem at all interested in my background and kept the focus on his awkward questions that didn't have anything to do with the company, role or how my skills could fit. Also, the role is straight customer service. It has nothing to do with product support per the hiring manager (Director of Customer Success).

Extremely smooth interview process. Recruiter screening, hiring manager interview, then design and PM interview. The final round was with a SVP and VP. The recruiting process at AlphaSense was very straightforward, organized, and well thought out.
