I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process is very well organised. I had my final interview a month after sending my initial application. They provide relevant information in order to prepare throughout the different stages. The project-based interview is more technical but with enough preparation it can be a rather enjoyable experience - very interactive and insightful. The final interview was in my opinion the decisive one and the most challenging.
I applied online. I interviewed at AlphaSights in Aug 2020
Interview
Started with a quick phone screening interview which only took 10 minutes.
Basic questions which require the answers they want to hear.
They explain a bit about the role and the company, but expect some basic research upfront.
If you actually want the job, make sure you understand how AlphaSight helps their customers.
