I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Alteryx (Irvine, CA) in Sept 2022

I was contacted as a prospective employee, I spoke to the hiring manager then applied but did not receive a call back from that manager or a recruiter, just an email saying the position was filled.

How much I make and how I’m doing this year in commission.

Backwards and clownish process. Many koolaid drinkers who were very over sensitive to minor word placement in my interview. They knew their process was poor and their HR admitted it.

Install and present their software after like 10 other calls. A waste of weeks of my time.

Interview

Process was extremely smooth and quick. Thorough and extremely professional. The managers and recruiter were extremely kind, transparent and diligent. It took some time to get the written offer but I was kept in the loop through the entire process.
