walked into a open room with several tables and one of the tables calls you up and asked if you wanted to apply and if so you got the job. as long as you are human you got a job there.

No real interview just physical condition. Asked about yourself. They then give you a full orientation for those with no experience. And are randomly selected for your role. Good luck
