Assessment testing first, and if passed, an interview. If you pass the first panel interview, you get a second. From there if they want you, you get a call for a physical.

Interview
First, I take an assessment like about 2 to 3 hours online. Then I thought I passed the test and was invited to a plant tour with an interview. The plant is really friendly and after that I was interviewed by some managers in a panel who I might be working further.
