They are very pointed and detailed as to what they would like in an employee, as this is what drives their success. The brand and culture are very important to the company. Some of the procedures and requirements have changed since I first applied.

There was a long interview process, jumping between four to five different people. and then a long background check process. Overall, the process ran pretty smoothly but was very long

Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
