Interview
They have a group interview/presentation first. Here they have supervisors/managers giving metrics to try to convince you how much you can make based on only 10 presentations per week with only 4 enrollments on average. If you contribute during the group discussion and they like you, they will take you aside to discuss more about the licensing process, which seems to apply mostly to women. You fill out some questionnaires during the group interview and submit them at the end. If you pass this initial interview, they will call you later in the day to setup an interview the very next day. It seems that this is by design so that you have very little time to consider before committing to the program. They don’t discuss the details of the cost involved with getting the licensing training course and the examination.

Interview
Pre recorded Video that seemed more like a sales pitch. Looked like the person was reading from a script. They went into the history of the company and it all sounded to good to be true. It is commission based job working from home.

Interview
Smooth and very relatable interview. It was more like a seminar or recorded session for all participants.
Nothing special, just an awareness session where you are told what the job is about
