Recruiter reached out over linkedin, the job advertised base pay plus benefits and commission. Was invited to join a webinar where I found out about unpaid training, 1099 NOT W2, no base pay, and a license I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR

They read from a script and it doesn’t matter how you answer, they are supposed to hire anyone who falls for it.
They will ask you several behavior questions, then they will give you an info session. After this, they will give you a final round interview. After this, they will ask you to accept this position.

the process is quite easy and average there are many steps and details provided to get through in the process and you need to go through and clear all the steps they asked multiple questions like the experiences related to the industry etc and one important thing the check your potential and strengths which can help to grow the company
