I received a phone call 6 weeks (!) after I had applied and was asked in for an interview. The interview took place the following day. The questions were pretty standard, no curveballs, and the interviewer was very friendly and open. However, I was not interviewed by the person, that I was initially scheduled with, which was a bit disappointing (since I was interviewed by the 2nd person in charge). The interviewer explained the job role, which was exactly what I had expected, and told me that they were still interviewing other candidates. This was two weeks ago and I have not heard from them since. I guess I didn't get the job, but I find it rather disappointing and unprofessional to not let applicants (who were invited for an interview) know if they got the job or not.
