Company has hiring recruiters who make interview appts as appropriate.
The interview is definitely behavior based. I had two managers in each interview. The process can be long and intimidating because there are so many questions. They want to know specific past experiences. Ex: Describe a time that you made a mistake. What happened and how did you correct the problem.

Interview
I was contacted by HR via telephone to schedule phone interview. Phone interview conducted by HR personnel. Answered questions regarding typical day at work from last job, why I left last position etc. Was informed I would be contacted regarding personal interview. Contacted within within a week to schedule interview with manager. Manager informed me about responsibilities of the position, work environment and potential other opportunities within organization. Was told I'd be contacted. Received call about a week later to schedule second interview. Decided not to take it.
