The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amtrak in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online, took the Culture Fit Assessment, two days later was contacted by email inviting me to an orientation for the following week. Attended the orientation with about 10 others. Few hours following that I received a phone call from the recruiter/talent acquisition mgr. with an invitation for the interview for the upcoming week. I attended the interview and was kindly greeted by someone at the station, escorted upstairs and was interviewed by a panel of 3 people. The overall experience was just as I expected, I prepared with many possible question/scenarios. They all took turns asking 8 questions in total. I was advised before the start of the interview that they were interviewing for the rest of the week and that I would hear back by the end of next week.
