The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Analysis Group in Feb 2012
Interview
They were a little disorganized with the set up for the interview. It looked like a great place but I didn't feel really comfortable as I was being interviewed. The phone interviewer was nice though.
Not technical mostly behavior interviews. They care about causal inference though. Be prepared to talk about data analysis experience with concrete examples. Overall very organized and straightforward. Second round is a super day
The interview process consisted of an initial round focused on behavioral and technical questions assessing problem-solving ability and communication skills. The final round included multiple interviews with team members covering leadership experience, statistical reasoning, knowledge of the firm, and understanding of health economics concepts.
Standard first interview, mostly seemed to test how you talk about analyses and communicate complex ideas. With two senior analysts who were together at the office. Included more small talk than anticipated
