Interview
this was absolutely the worst interview I had (out of 25 interviews that happened ).
The 'interviewer' just stopped in the middle of the process and stopped answering my emails and basically 'ghosted' me. Stay away from this place. What a joke
The conversation went well and felt engaging. The candidate communicated ideas clearly, showed practical understanding of security concepts, and asked thoughtful questions. Overall, a positive interaction with strong potential for the role.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ancestry in Oct 2022
Interview
I met with the hiring manager. Questions were asked around Java and overall background. Followed by meeting with the devs from actual team where I was asked about my background experience as well and technical questions. I was able to asks questions by the end of each interviews.

Interview
A Phone call with the recruiter, One round with an engineer and then an onsite (Series of zoom calls) with the team. Pretty straight forward and quick process. Asked a lot of technical questions and very specific questions about past experience, project complexity.
