I applied directly on company website. Had first screening interview with Recruiter/HR on phone, then another with both HR/Recruiter and Hiring Manager. Very nice experience overall, professional people and I was held up to date of the process all the time. I was amazingly bad in the interview, so knew I would not go any further in the process. HR person still called me for the rejection after couple of days and gave some feedback, which I really highly appreciate.
