The mission and technology are impressive, but my interview experience raised red flags. During the onsite, I was left alone in a small room for 90 minutes and asked not to leave except for the bathroom (due to an interviewer being unavailable). When I asked a later interviewer about company values, I was told it came across as “anti-Anduril.” The prescriptive nature of this comment felt overly rigid and discouraging of independent thought. My recruiter went on medical leave, communication became confusing, and the final update came from a new recruiter I’d never met, whose email message (“a few updates I’d love to share”) created false hope before informing me via call I wasn’t selected. Overall, it felt like a disjointed process and a culture that doesn’t welcome open dialogue, curiosity, or differing perspectives.
