      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Anduril (Boston, MA) in Nov 2025

      Interview

3 Round Process, started with a phone screen with a recruiter, then went to a coding interview and behavioral questions with the hiring manager. Finally had an onsite meeting which consisted of a morning with two coding interviews, a systems question and behavioral interview. Questions were fair and straightforward. They clearly were interested in how I thought more than checking boxes.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Over the interview process there was one embedded code question, one general coding question, one debugging question, and an array of behavioral questions.

      Senior Embedded Software Engineer Interview

      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Anduril in Nov 2023

      Interview

First contact via recruiter then RH. The screening interview was scheduled. Important advice for interviewees: Avoid making questions about the problem statement and avoid and interact with the interviewer (it is not like a usual big tech interview). Leave the questions only for the end when it is given time to do so. Make sure you understand what was said by the interviewer but avoid asking again information that were already given. Trying to confirm will lead to comments saying they were already clear in the begining. They will not give you feedback if you are not approved unless you contact them. Despite all the nice propaganda about the company my impression is that there is a stressful environment.

      Question 1

The screening consisted of a couple of non complex questions.
