      I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch

      Interview

Total interview process involves playing games, a pre-recorded interview, an interview with two interviewers, and a final panel interview. Total time it takes is around 1-2 months. Interviewers are usually people from HR, however you can get people whose positions are more inline with the program you're interviewing for. Interviewers are very nice and enthusiastic! All interviews are behavioral and there are no coding interviews.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch

      Interview

Stage 1: I applied online and then did a HireVue. Stage 2: I then got invited to do an 2 on 1 interview with two different low-to-mid level managers. Pretty straightforward questions followed by a brief case where you answer what you would do if a manager in a given situation. Stage 3: This one was pretty interesting. You and about 10-12 other candidates get split into thirds and are placed into breakout rooms. There are then 3 different sessions of senior VPs (who report directly to the CTO) and HR take turns asking questions to different people in the room. So although it's about 90-120 minutes, you answer as many questions as you would in a 30 minute interview. Other thoughts: The interviewers don't look at your resume before interviewing you. This was all last year so it was on Zoom, but I imagine they will keep things on Zoom to save money. They are pretty good with turnaround time, but the interview dates are pretty rigid, especially if applying in the winter.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What is more important: Being respected, or being liked? Tell me about a time where you failed. Tell me about a time where you disagreed with your manager. Nothing too notable.
