Not that hard if you know the basics of how production works. Interview was held at the factory. There were 3 sessions. Case study was not that hard. Followed by panel interview and final interview with separate interviewers.

The questions are difficult and unpredictable, leading to questions about personality and future plans. The interview lasts a very long time, probably more than an hour. I enjoyed the interview and did not feel intimidated.

It was a good experience where I gained a lot of knowledge regarding interview and also there is no difficult question where asked. It took almost 10 day's and the procedure was quite easy and there was a gd and pi and hr round was there.
