Simple and smooth. Screening, Technical(back to back), then superday. Fly you out to McLean, VA for in person. Superday has exec and technical interview. Exec is usually head of department you're interviewing for.

Got an interview through my college recruiting fair. Very friendly recruiter. Had a technical phone interview. There wasn't any behavioral screen other than my conversation during the career fair itself.
