Interview
2 interviews for me. First via a phone call, relatively short with a few simple questions. Second one is a video call scheduled by yourself. They do provide a few live online workshops to help you narrow down what aspects to focus on during the second interview.

Question 1
What if a man calls in claiming the pictures he took during his daughter's wedding all disappeared from his phone? (and interviewers tell you that there's absolutely no way to recover his pictures), and the man said many other advisors have hang up on him so you will have to solve his problems.
asked general questions about how you would deal with customers in various scenarios, positive and negative. and then do an example call with the interviewer from start to finish, then various personal questions
Normal behavioral questions interview. Was mostly a conversation and previous experiences that could help with the position. Tell me about a time where... etc. Interviewers were very nice and it was a good experience.
Asked about prior work, current schedule, knowledge regarding subject matter. I didn't get into any informational interview questions until the third interview. The first two interviews were practically all formal greetings and making sure there aren't schedule or schooling conflicts.
