Written test with two rounds of technical interview. Don't try to be smart in technical interview. The people working over there are technically sound people. If you are unable answer their questions better to accept it.

Took like 20 mins to reject 5 candidates.They were simply not interested in listening to the candidate. Still using dead technologies claiming that clients ask for it.As told earlier it a a one small room company more like a grocery store which insults you at every question
