Applied online and had a with a phone interview with recruiter 2 days later, a week after that was the 'final' interview with 2 people (although one person was different than the the original people in the invite). Over a month later there has been no contact despite me following up 2 weeks later. An organization that ghosts their potential employees and wastes people time is not one you want to work for/
