I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aramark (Washington, DC) in July 2013
Interview
Initial sit down interview to review resume and talk about career goals. The second step was a mystery basket tasting which was three courses. And I actually had to do the tasting two separate times because the client could not attend the first tastings.

Question 1
What changes/improvements could I bring to the units menu
Asked my skills and the usual getting to know you questions. It was pretty easy and straightforward. The people working are very nice and supportive. It was not scary. I would go through the process again if I had to.

Question 1
Tell be about yourself. Would you be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
The whole process was very smooth and welcoming. I waited for less than a minute to be called and spoke with a very pleasant woman. She actually used to frequent the restaurant that I worked at years ago. I’m going Friday for my mystery basket challenge test and I’m excited.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aramark (Denver, CO) in Mar 2019
Interview
Interview process was not too difficult. Being honest and passionate about your craft will get you the job. Kitchen isn’t for everyone. If you can’t take the heat or have the best attitude then keep it pushing.
